Successful Defense of Client Against CRA Enforcement Action

Warner successfully defended our client against an enforcement action by the Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) after our client was accused of failing to submit a licensing agreement for pre-approval.  We raised legal and factual issues at a compliance conference and responded to follow-up information requests. Our thorough work resulted in the CRA withdrawing the formal complaint without even issuing a warning letter.  Additionally, we received great feedback from the CRA analyst who told us that we “did a great job answering questions and providing information, making a quick decision possible.”
