Warner Represents Structural Concepts Corporation in Its Sale to Mason Wells

Mason Wells has acquired Structural Concepts Corporation (SCC), a designer and manufacturer of temperature-controlled food and beverage display cases for foodservice establishments and supermarkets. Founded in 1972 by James Doss, Structural Concepts designs, engineers and manufactures high-performing refrigerated merchandisers with an emphasis on innovation, design, quality, vertical integration and superior customer service. The company headquarters and manufacturing facilities are located in Muskegon, Michigan.

 
Warner acted as legal counsel to Structural Concepts Corporation.
