The Air & Waste Management Association West Michigan chapter is hosting its annual workshop to discuss best practices, regulations, legislation and emerging techniques in waste management and disposal.
Warner Norcross + Judd LLP partner Paul H. Beach will present “EPA’s TSCA PFAS Reporting Rule” to offer strategies and best practices to demonstrate compliance with the rule’s obligations. He will discuss the importance of gathering information on both internal processes as well as processes from supply chain partners.
At Warner, Beach is an environmental attorney who advises clients on transactional, regulatory and enforcement matters. From managing environmental due diligence in the purchase and sale of businesses and real estate, to helping his clients remove chemicals of concern from their supply chains, Beach advises on all manner of environmental issues.
