Warner attorneys Rozanne Giunta and Ralph Colasuonno presented a webinar to address the latest legal changes in bankruptcy and how these changes may impact your business. They covered the new amendments to the Bankruptcy Code, including the newly streamlined Small Business Chapter 11 process and amendments relating to farm bankruptcies and veteran benefits. They also reviewed how Michigan’s Commercial Real Estate Receivership Statute will affect lenders, receivers and borrowers with respect to loans secured by commercial real estate and pending legislation to amend the Assignment of Rents Statute.
