Hosted By: Thomson Reuters Legal

Even prior to the pandemic, bankruptcy as a practice was beginning to see an uptick in demand and an increase in complexity. Now, as the impacts of COVID-19 continue to ripple through Michigan’s economy, the impact on bankruptcy practices may be more pronounced than ever.

Now, Jon brings that experience and perspective to bear representing public and privately held companies in commercial and bankruptcy litigation matters in courts throughout the country.

Rick Walawender, Principal & Corporate Group Co-Leader, Miller Canfield
