Three partners at Warner Norcross + Judd LLP have been elected to the firm’s Management Committee.
Loren Andrulis, Homayune A. Ghaussi and Madelaine C. Lane each will serve a three-year term on the 10-member committee, which oversees the firm’s strategic vision and day-to-day operations. The committee is chaired by Douglas A. Dozeman, Warner’s managing partner. Warner is one of the largest law firms in Michigan, with offices in nine cities.
Andrulis, who practices in Warner’s Grand Rapids office, focuses his practice on venture, corporate, securities and real estate matters. He was named the 2020 Grand Rapids Securities/Capital Markets Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers in America. He is recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America in corporate law and securities/capital markets law and as a Michigan Super Lawyer. Andrulis serves on the executive committee of Grand Action 2.0.
Ghaussi, who practices in the firm’s Detroit office, focuses his practice on supply chain litigation and commercial contract negotiation and chairs the firm’s Supply Chain Litigation Practice Group. He is recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America in commercial litigation and as a Michigan Super Lawyer. Ghaussi serves on the board of Friends of the Public Private Partnership for Justice Reform in Afghanistan.
Lane, who practices in Warner’s Grand Rapids office, focuses her practice on white collar criminal defense and co-chairs the firm’s White Collar Criminal Defense and Investigations Practice Group. She also co-directs Warner’s eDiscovery Center. She has been recognized as a Michigan Super Lawyer Rising Star in white collar criminal defense and was named one of Michigan Lawyers Weekly’s Up & Coming Lawyers in 2016. Lane serves on the boards of the Grand Rapids Student Advancement Foundation and Opera Grand Rapids.
