Warner Norcross + Judd LLP partner Amanda Fielder has been named among Michigan Lawyers Weekly’s “Leaders in the Law” for 2024.
Leaders in the Law are recognized for their outstanding contributions to the practice of law in Michigan and for setting an example for other lawyers. They have shown tremendous leadership and offer a wealth of expertise in diverse areas of the law. Fielder and her fellow honorees will be recognized during an awards luncheon Tuesday, Dec. 3 at Petruzzello’s Banquet and Conference Center in Troy.
Fielder concentrates her practice in labor and employment litigation, dispute resolution and supply chain law. She chairs the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group and has extensive experience at every stage of the litigation process in federal and state courts throughout the United States.
Active professionally and in the community, Fielder has been named to Best Lawyers in America©, Michigan Super Lawyers and Grand Rapids Magazine’s Top Lawyers. Crain’s Grand Rapids named her a Notable West Michigan Lawyer in 2023. She was recognized as one of Michigan Lawyers Weekly’s “Women in Law” and named by the Grand Rapids Business Journal to its 40 Under 40 and 50 Most Influential Women lists. She is also an American Bar Association fellow, a recognition given only to individuals whose careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and the welfare of their communities.
Fielder is active in the Prisoner Early Mediation program in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan and provides pro bono services to The Joseph Project. She is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, Federal Bar Association and Grand Rapids Bar Association.
Fielder holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University summa cum laude and a law degree magna cum laude from the Michigan State University College of Law.
