Warner Norcross + Judd LLP has been named Real Estate Law Firm of the Year for Michigan by the Real Estate Journal, recognizing the firm’s leadership in complex real estate and development matters throughout the state.
In 2025, Warner handled some of Michigan’s most significant real estate projects, including representing the new owners of the Kalamazoo State Theatre site and the developer of two solar projects totaling more than $334 million in infrastructure investment. The firm also continued economic incentives work to restructure Transformational Brownfield plans for downtown Grand Rapids’ sports and entertainment districts, as well as Muskegon’s former Shaw Walker Furniture factory.
Warner attorneys in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group also counseled clients on complex zoning, environmental, funding and regulatory matters, and Warner litigators successfully defended clients in high-stakes land-use disputes.
