Two Warner Partners Honored Among Top 50 Most Influential Women

Partners Amanda M. Fielder and Jennifer L. Remondino of Warner Norcross + Judd LLP have been named among the 50 Most Influential Women in West Michigan by the Grand Rapids Business Journal.

Each year, the publication recognizes the region’s most influential female business owners, leaders, policy-shapers and decision-makers. Hundreds of women throughout the region were nominated for the award, and the winners will be honored March 4 during a luncheon at the JW Marriott in Grand Rapids.

Fielder practices in the firm’s Grand Rapids office and concentrates her work in all aspects of employment law. Passionate about her clients’ business needs and goals, she has successfully defended employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful discharge, as well as other statutory, contract and tort-related employment claims.

Fielder chaired Warner’s Building Committee, which managed all aspects of the firm’s design and buildout of its new 80,000 square-foot office building in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. In November, Warner moved into the new building, which features workspaces that bring the outdoors in, enhanced technology and security and more collaborative spaces focused on enhancing communication and improving workflow.

She has been named to the Rising Star list by Michigan Super Lawyers every year since 2010 and was recognized by the Grand Rapids Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty list in 2018. She was named an Up and Coming Lawyer by Michigan Lawyers Weekly in 2015.

Fielder currently serves as board chair of Solutions to End Exploitation and is a board member for Children’s Advocacy Center. She is also on the advisory council for Inner City Christian Federation and previously served as the co-chair of the Kids’ Food Basket construction committee. Fielder is a graduate of Leadership West Michigan and Leadership Grand Rapids.

She earned her bachelor's degree summa cum laude from Western Michigan University and her law degree magna cum laude from the Michigan State University College of Law.

Remondino leads the firm’s Holland office as executive partner and chairs the Trusts and Estates Law Practice group. An estate planning attorney who helps clients with some of life’s most difficult situations, she specializes in sophisticated tax and estate planning, charitable and planned giving and formation and operation of tax-exempt organizations.

Remondino has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America since 2013 and has been named a Rising Star by Michigan Super Lawyers every year since 2012. She was also named to the Grand Rapids Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty list in 2013 and 2018 and recognized as one of Michigan Lawyers Weekly’s Women in the Law in 2018. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.

Active professionally and in the community, Remondino serves as chair of the Michigan West Coast Chamber of Commerce and board treasurer of Lakeshore Advantage Corp. She is on the steering committee of the Foundations Endowments Family Office, a member of Inforum and a graduate of Leadership Holland.
