On the same day that ESTA and IWOWA were set to take effect, amendments were passed that changed the laws in many respects.
While these amendments provide employers much-needed relief from ESTA and IWOWA’s initial obligations, they still leave certain questions unanswered. DeAndre’, Joe and Abby will provide an overview of these amendments, what they mean for employers and what employers should do to ensure compliance with their wage and hour and earned sick time obligations, as amended.
