Warner Norcross + Judd LLP partner Kelly M. Clum-Matthysse is being honored as a Michigan Go To Lawyer for commercial real estate law by Michigan Lawyers Weekly.
Now in its sixth year, the Go To Lawyers program recognizes top attorneys around the state in a given practice area. Clum-Matthysse is one of 24 attorneys who will be recognized in a special section of the publication on Jan. 27 for her work in commercial real estate law.
Clum-Matthysse concentrates her practice on commercial lease negotiations, real estate sales and acquisitions and construction projects. She has clients around the state of Michigan and across the country. She’s part of Warner’s construction, real estate and real estate development practice groups.
She has been recognized for her achievements, including being named as a Michigan Lawyers Weekly Go To Real Estate Lawyer in 2022.
Clum-Matthysse is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan and Grand Rapids State Bar. She is a member of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, Commercial Real Estate Women West Michigan chapter and Inforum, a professional women’s alliance. She is a member of the Fair Housing Center of West Michigan and Women of Habitat Kent.
Clum-Matthysse holds a bachelor’s degree from Aquinas College and a law degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
