Denominational Investors and Loan Administrators is an informal fellowship of church extension funds and other not‑for‑profit entities organized to provide loans to religious organizations within their respective denominations. DILA will hold its annual conference Sept. 15-16 in Bellevue, Washington where attendees will hear from engaging speakers, share best practices and industry awareness, and network with colleagues and friends.
Warner Norcross + Judd LLP attorney John Muhs will participate on a panel to discuss the latest legal developments affecting church extension funds, from changes in state securities law and trends in regulatory enforcement to best practices for conducting an offering of debt securities.
