Corinne Sprague Elected to the Grand Rapids Art Museum Foundation Board of Trustees

Warner Norcross + Judd LLP partner Corinne N. Sprague has been appointed to the Grand Rapids Art Museum Foundation’s board of trustees. The term is a three-year commitment.

The GRAM connects and inspires and provides the West Michigan community with a greater understanding of different perspectives and experiences through art. The museum’s exhibitions, events and educational programming span topics, mediums and genres to connect with and invite a wide variety of audiences. They are an arts venue, resource and education institution for the entire Grand Rapids community, the state of Michigan and beyond.

Sprague is based in Warner’s Grand Rapids office and takes pride in helping family-owned businesses remain family owned through generational changes. She partners with clients to develop and implement governance structures, decision-making processes, compensation strategies and ownership transition plans that reflect the long-term goals of both the business and its family ownership group. Additionally, her practice encompasses corporate law, advising companies on mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts.
