Amanda M. Fielder Named to Michigan Lawyers Weekly 2020 Women in the Law

Amanda M. Fielder, a partner with the law firm Warner Norcross + Judd LLP, has been recognized as one of Michigan Lawyers Weekly 2020 “Women in the Law.”

Fielder will be honored on Thursday, Oct. 8 in a virtual event recognizing outstanding Michigan women attorneys and their contributions. Nominations focused on achievements in four areas:

Fielder’s nomination letter read, in part: “Known for her no-nonsense approach and fierce advocacy, Amanda has established a reputation for defending employer interests in employment-related issues. Passionate about her clients’ business needs and goals, Amanda prides herself on being a critical resource, regularly counseling employers on current and relevant employee relations issues.”

Fielder serves as a leader on Warner’s COVID Response Team, creating content and participating in many COVID-focused webinars and contributing to numerous publications to help keep businesses and nonprofits updated on COVID best practices and executive orders.

She also chaired Warner’s Building Committee, which managed all aspects of the firm’s design and buildout of its new 80,000 square-foot office building in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. In November 2019, Warner moved into the new building, which features workspaces that bring the outdoors in, enhanced technology and security and more collaborative spaces focused on enhancing communication and improving workflow.
