A longtime resident of the Muskegon area, I know that there is something to be said about truly being from a place, knowing all the players, who to call and where to find the right resources. Odds are, the right person to call works for or with Warner, and that is why I wanted to be a part of our firm. I’m a collaborative person, and Warner is a collaborative firm. We take such a team approach that, when you are hiring me, you’re getting all of the experience of every attorney on the firm’s roster.

Merica Dobry concentrates her practice primarily on estate planning, probate and trust administration, in addition to real estate and business law. She assists individuals with trusts, wills, powers of attorney, patient advocacy documents, asset titling advice, guardianships and conservatorships, as well as planning down the road for long term care. When shepherding clients through the difficult process of losing a loved one, Merica carefully develops solutions that are tailored to each unique need and circumstance, understanding that “one-size” rarely does “fit all.”
