Jeremy Nufer has over ten years of experience working on eDiscovery matters related to product liability, intellectual property matters, contract disputes, consumer class actions, employment cases and business acquisitions. He has experience with several review platforms, working primarily with Relativity. His experience includes reviewing documents for relevance, confidentiality, privilege and litigation-specific issues, redacting privileged and confidential information, leading review teams and performing quality checks, as well as working on privilege logs, deposition-preparation projects and opposing production reviews.

Jeremy also has experience managing off-site reviews for complex cases, which includes: training and supervising contract attorneys on Relativity platform use and case-specific document analysis and coding decisions, performing daily quality checks and providing continual feedback and guidance for ongoing review, and monitoring progress and work quality of reviewers and coordinating with staffing agency to make appropriate staffing decisions.
