Much like the physical paths and boundaries that are created on land, I too create equitable paths and boundaries for property owners who are embroiled in conflict with one another. Emily Elmer is a real estate litigation attorney who represents both commercial and residential clients in disputes involving property boundaries, zoning regulations, land use and lease agreements. She helps clients overcome title disputes, including quiet title actions, adverse possession claims and conducts thorough title examinations. She is heavily involved in loan modifications for residential and commercial clients and negotiates contractual disputes between co-owners and property owners, contractors and subcontractors in construction-related disputes.
