For the last seven years, Bruce has focused his practice on electronic discovery (eDiscovery). He has significant experience in matters related to eDiscovery, working on large document reviews, productions, privilege logs and witness preparation in tort, commercial, intellectual property, environmental and employment litigation as well as internal and government compliance investigations. Bruce brings over 30 years of litigation experience to the eDiscovery Practice Group, having previously worked on litigating employment matters on behalf of management in state and federal courts as well as counseling employers on employment topics and issues.
