Ashley is a project manager in Warner's eDiscovery Center. She focuses on eDiscovery matters and has extensive experience analyzing and evaluating electronically stored information in all stages of review. She is involved in early case assessment, including formulating budgets and drafting review protocols and has experience in all levels of the analysis of data for relevance, privilege, confidentiality and data privacy, including second review and pre-production quality checks. She has experience in evaluating the need for and applying document redactions in native and image formats for privilege, personally protected information and protected health information in adherence with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.

Ashley manages teams of staff and contract attorneys and utilizing review software and analytical tools to create a document review process grounded in organization and efficiency. She also regularly communicates with litigation teams, including attorneys, litigation support professionals and vendors on projects related to deposition, trial and privilege log preparation and focuses on using analytics and technology to quickly find the most relevant matter information that is key to these individuals.

  • Assisted in managing a team of over fifty attorneys responsible for the review of over 1.9 million electronic documents in a complex medical device liability case.
  • Assisted in the creation of multiple privilege logs, including two with over ten thousand entries each, relating to copyright and environmental issues.
  • Extensive experience with medical device and product liability matters of all sizes.
  • Assisted in the review and management of matters related to employment disputes, business acquisitions, patent infringement, internal corporate investigations and responses to various governmental agency investigations including the Department of Justice.
