Warner Norcross + Judd LLP represented Church Development Fund, Inc., d/b/a CDF Capital (“CDF Capital”) in its offering of up to $750 million of time certificates and flex certificates for the 2024-2025 offering period.
CDF Capital is a California nonprofit religious corporation and 501(c)(3) based in Irvine, California. For more than 70 years, CDF Capital has worked to provide Christian churches, ministries and Christian educational institutions across the United States with the financial capital they need to acquire, renovate and build their facilities. CDF Capital will use the funds raised in the offering of certificates primarily to make loans to these borrowers for those purposes.
