In the ever-shifting landscape of Title IX, Warner's attorneys are committed to helping higher education clients understand and modify their Title IX policies, procedures and processes to ensure compliance with federal regulations as well as with institutional values and mission.
In particular, Warner was heavily involved in helping clients respond to the differing Title IX guidance issued under both the Obama and Trump administrations. We are actively assisting institutions to respond to anticipated new substantive Title IX guidance from the Biden administration.
