Susan Cook, working closely with financial advisors, supported Beach Mold & Tool, Inc., through a comprehensive restructuring effort aimed at returning the distressed supplier back to solid footing, an effort which included contract reviews, supplier negotiations and the sale of a Virginia-based division to a European buyer, all under close scrutiny from Beach's major lender.
Warner attorneys then assisted Beach in its sale, advising throughout the sale process and structuring the transaction with NYX. The transaction received both the 2020 Midsize Turnaround & Transaction of the Year Award from the Turnaround Management Association and the 2020 Deal of the Year Award over $50M from the Association of Corporate Growth Detroit Chapter.
