Warner obtained summary judgment of all claims and an award of costs in favor of a physician group practice. The group was facing alleged damages in excess of $40 million under the federal False Claims Act. On appeal, the District Court’s Judgment was unanimously upheld by the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
