We represented a producer of pickles and peppers for national restaurant customers in dispute with pepper supplier regarding disruption in supply of jalapeno and yellow peppers from Mexico. Obtained injunctive relief to ensure uninterrupted supply, and settlement of claims for money damages to make client whole for the pre-litigation temporary disruption.
