Warner Secures $20 Million in Incentives for a $140 Million Production Facility

CITIC Dicastal Co., Ltd (Dicastal) headquartered in Qinhuangdao, China, invested $140 million in a production facility where United Solar Ovonic once had its campus in Greenville. Dicastal manufactures aluminum alloy wheels and is projecting to produce 3 million wheels annually in its new facility. Dicastal expanded the facility’s manufacturing space by 100,000 square feet, resulting in a total of 660,000 square foot facility.

Warner attorneys secured local, state and federal economic incentives totaling $20 million for the project. We helped Dicastal document and secure Michigan Business Development Program grants, property tax abatements, a Community Development Block grant and other incentives to help fund the project.
