Bankruptcy of Boyce Hydro

We represented Four Lakes Task Force in the bankruptcy of Boyce Hydro, in the Eastern District of MI, Northern Division. The Boyce Hydro bankruptcy case was filed by the owners of dams in Michigan's Midland area which were breached in 2020. Four Lakes is the non-profit organization that, with the delegation of the counties involved, successfully sought condemnation. Pursuant to a settlement with the Boyce Hydro creditors, Four Lakes Task Force has taken on the responsibility of stabilizing and rebuilding the dams.
