Amicus Curiae on Generic Drug Substitution Savings

Warner represented the Michigan Chamber Litigation Center as amicus curiae on the question of whether Michigan’s generic drug substitution statute required pharmacists to pass along the savings from substituting a generic drug for an equivalent brand-name drug.
