CDV5 Properties, an investor in Michigan Sports Academies (MSA), renovated the former Woodland Skating Center and Woodland Sports Center into a sports complex for volleyball, basketball, soccer and lacrosse.

In addition, we facilitated discussions with the City of Grand Rapids regarding the redevelopment of the site and design constraints associated with the local zoning ordinances.
Our Construction Industry Group structured the design and construction contracts for the overall expansion and renovation of the project. We interfaced with city representatives to confirm permitting for the design.
