Warner attorneys Jon Kok and Dean Pacific presented a webinar on the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, which President Trump signed into law on March 18. This new law creates several significant new leave and sick pay obligations for covered employers. Those obligations will go into effect on April 2, 2020 and will expire on December 31, 2020. As part of the program, we answered client questions on the law and related COVID-19 issues.
