Webinar: COVID-19 One Year Later: Supply Chain Disruptions

Hosted By: Warner

It’s officially “one year later” in dealing with the onslaught of COVID-19 and its devastating effects on people’s lives, the economy and the way we do business. Executive orders, law changes and stimulus packages have been implemented to minimize the pandemic’s destruction – however – we are not out of the woods just yet. That’s why Warner’s Supply Chain and Labor and Employment Practice Groups are presenting a two-part webinar series featuring timely insight into supply chain issues and labor and employment matters.

Warner partners Homayune Ghaussi and Laura You presented a complimentary webinar focused on supply chain disruptions plaguing businesses today and legal strategies for them, including:

  • Force Majeure issues related to government orders and shutdowns;
  • Raw material and shipping disruptions;
  • Price change and other contractual demands; and
  • Ongoing COVID-adjacent issues.
