In light of Congress' failure to repeal the ACA, employers with more than 50 full-time equivalent employees will once again have to issue 1095-C forms to employees by the end of January 2018 and file 1094-C forms with the IRS by February 28, if by paper, or by April 2, if electronic. The IRS does not expect to extend any deadlines.
