Perrigo Company plc (NYSE; TASE: PRGO) announced that its oral care unit, Ranir, has acquired the assets of Steripod®, a leading toothbrush accessory brand and innovator in the toothbrush protector market, from Bonfit America Inc. The acquisition includes the Steripod® portfolio of antibacterial toothbrush protectors, kids’ products and tongue cleaners.
