Based in Jackson, Wyoming, Poterack Capital Advisory is an all-digital practice with approximately $265 million in client assets.&nbsp;Founded in 2001, the firm was previously affiliated with Private Advisor Group, a large office of supervisory jurisdiction for independent broker-dealer giant LPL Financial.

Poterack Capital Advisory is led by CEO Ryan Poterack and supported by Alec Quaid, Wealth Manager, and Anna Hopkins, Relationship Manager. The firm offers clients a comprehensive suite of services, encompassing asset management, tax optimization and wealth management. Through a custom discovery process, the team delivers tailored guidance aligned with each client’s values, experiences and lifestyle, all within a fully virtual service model.

Warner served as legal counsel to Poterack Capital Advisory in the transaction, advising on the negotiation and documentation of the sale.
