On July 1, 2024, Yeo &amp; Yeo CPAs &amp; Advisors, an accounting and advisory firm based in Michigan, acquired the practice of Berger, Ghersi &amp; LaDuke PLC (BGL) of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

Yeo &amp; Yeo has plans to create a new and larger office location in Southeast Michigan to unite professionals from both firms. The BGL practice and professionals will bring its accounting, audit, tax and consulting services to Yeo &amp; Yeo, along with peer review.

Warner served as legal counsel to Yeo &amp; Yeo, representing the company in the negotiation and documentation of the transaction. The Warner transaction team was led by Linda Paullin-Hebden and Jennifer Dudley and included Mohamad Knio.
