Scott R. Carvo, a partner at Warner Norcross + Judd LLP, has again been named one of Michigan Lawyers Weekly’s 2025 Go To Lawyers in business litigation.
Nominated by their peers, Go To Lawyers are recognized for their records of success, expertise in their field and for thinking creatively when serving clients. They are the lawyers to whom other lawyers make referrals because of their deep knowledge and accomplishments. The program is in its sixth year and rigorously evaluates each nominee in their specific areas of expertise. Carvo was previously recognized with this award in 2023.
Carvo co-chairs the firm’s Data Analytics and eDiscovery Practice Group and helps clients bring efficiency and cost effectiveness to the discovery process. He concentrates his litigation practice on employment law and general commercial litigation, including noncompetes, nonsolicitations and restrictive covenants. Carvo is also experienced in dispute resolution, mediation and arbitration. He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan and the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists.
Carvo has also been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America® and selected as a Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Star. He has been named a Top Lawyer in information management and discovery law and commercial litigation by Grand Rapids Magazine. Carvo holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Michigan and a law degree cum laude from the Wayne State University Law School.
