Warner Partner Ashley G. Chrysler Elected to Women’s Resource Center Board of Directors

Warner Norcross + Judd LLP is proud to announce that Partner Ashley G. Chrysler has been elected to the Women’s Resource Center board of directors for a three-year term.

In this role, Chrysler will help shape the center’s strategic vision, uphold strong governance practices and support key initiatives that empower women in the workplace.

Founded in 1973, the Women’s Resource Center is a nonprofit organization committed to educating, empowering and advocating for women as they pursue meaningful employment and economic independence. Over the decades, the center has evolved to meet the changing needs of the workforce while remaining steadfast in its mission to foster an inclusive, equitable environment free from racism and discrimination.

Chrysler’s leadership will contribute to the center’s ongoing efforts to create opportunities, break down barriers and drive positive change for women in our community.

Chrysler focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, environmental matters and appeals and chairs Warner’s Environmental Litigation Practice Group. Her experience includes representing mining and renewable resource companies with a variety of commercial, zoning and environmental issues.

She was honored by Crain’s Grand Rapids Business as one of its “40 Under Forty Business Leaders” in 2024 and by Michigan Lawyers Weekly as one of its “Up and Coming Lawyers” for 2024, named to the Michigan Super Lawyers Magazine Rising Stars List since 2022, the Best Lawyers® Grand Rapids Commercial Litigation “Ones to Watch List” 2021-2023 and as a Top Lawyer by Grand Rapids Magazine in 2023 and 2024.

As a leader at Warner, Chrysler currently serves as a member of the firm’s Management Committee and has previously served as chair of the firm’s Associates Committee and as a member of the Summer Associate Recruiting Committee and leadership subcommittee of the Diversity, Equity + Inclusion Committee.

Chrysler is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan and Grand Rapids Bar Association. She serves on the board of Equine Assisted Development and is a member of the 2024 class of Leadership Grand Rapids.
