Warner Norcross + Judd LLP Partner Adam T. Ratliff serves on the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel Association’s Amicus Committee that earned the 2024 Anita Comorski Volunteer of the Year award.
An association of the leading lawyers in the state of Michigan dedicated to representing individuals and corporations in civil litigation, MDTC’s impact is felt through its amicus briefs, often filed by invitation of the Michigan Supreme Court. The association’s Amicus Committee is dedicated to ensuring the quality of the briefs and earned the volunteer of the year award for its generous and enthusiastic contributions. The award will be presented to Ratliff and his fellow Amicus Committee members at the Past President's Reception at the Detroit Golf Club on April 11.
Ratliff is a trial and appellate litigator whose practice focuses on complex and high stakes matters for the automotive supply chain and other clients. He has extensive experience in appellate litigation before state and federal courts, including as a member of a team that argued in the U.S. Supreme Court.
Ratliff is a member of the American Bar Association, Detroit Bar Association and Oakland Bar Association. He has been named to the Best Lawyers® “Ones to Watch” list since 2021and has been recognized as a Rising Star by Michigan Super Lawyers Magazine.
Ratliff holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School.
