David W. MacDonald has joined Warner Norcross + Judd LLP as senior counsel.
MacDonald focuses his practice in business law and real estate law, with an emphasis on business formation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and retail leases, condominium development, purchase and sale of commercial real estate and loan documentation for financial institutions.
MacDonald has worked on transactions for automobile dealerships, real estate developers, electrical contractors, manufacturing companies, restaurants, wholesalers, banks, and physicians. Prior to joining Warner, he practiced with O’Reilly Rancilio P.C.
MacDonald holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Michigan and a doctor of jurisprudence from DePaul University College of Law. He is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association, Macomb County Bar Association and State Bar of Michigan and has authored several corporate and real estate articles for the Macomb County Bar Briefs and DePaul Business Law Journal.
MacDonald lives in Chesterfield Township, Mich.
