Warner Partner Vito A. Ciaravino Honored by Michigan Lawyers Weekly

Michigan Lawyers Weekly has honored Vito A. Ciaravino, a partner with the law firm Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, as one of its “Up & Coming Lawyers” for 2017.

Ciaravino is recognized in the annual edition that acknowledges the best of Michigan’s young attorneys. To be selected for the honor, Michigan Lawyers Weekly looks for lawyers who have established a name for themselves early in their careers and are “poised for even greater accomplishments in the future.”

Ciaravino focuses his practice on patent matters including preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications in the mechanical and electrical arts. He also counsels clients regarding infringement, validity, licensing, portfolio management and due diligence. Prior to joining Warner , Ciaravino served as an intelligence officer in the U. S. Air Force.

Ciaravino became a partner in January 2016 and was named as a Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2017. Ciaravino holds a bachelor of science in engineering from the University of Michigan magna cum laude and a law degree from Michigan State University College of Law summa cum laude.

Ciaravino resides in Grosse Pointe with his wife, Katerina, and their three children. Ciaravino volunteers as a hockey coach for a local nonprofit youth organization in Detroit and has provided pro bono legal services for veterans in partnership with the American Bar Association.
