Warner Norcross + Judd LLP is the only Michigan law firm to be ranked on the inaugural Gen AI Litigation list by BTI Consulting.
BTI noted litigation over generative artificial intelligence “isn’t a tsunami” but a “dike riddled with mission-critical leaks” that are seeping into contracts, supply chain, data governance, intellectual property and other areas of the law in “high-stakes, business critical-ways.” Its new list highlights Warner among the law firms corporate counsel trust most in defending and preparing for Gen AI-influenced litigation.
Warner was recognized as Gen AI Distinguished on the 2026 list alongside 32 national law firms. The rankings asked general and in-house counsel unprompted to recommend their go-to litigation partners when the stakes are high.
