Warner Norcross + Judd LLP will be offering its popular human resources seminar on benefits and labor issues in early May.
“Legal Updates & Best Practices” will provide an update on the new laws, policies and litigation that are shaping the regulatory landscape that governs how HR professionals manage employee benefits and labor and employment issues. Nineteen attorneys from the firm’s eight Michigan offices will present sessions on hot topics for HR professionals on May 7 at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel.
The seminar is divided into half-day blocks with overview discussions and then breakout sessions that allow time for questions and answers. The morning session will focus on employee benefits and kick off with a general update. The afternoon session will focus on labor law and open with a general overview of legislative and case law updates.
