Community Relations Manager Courtney Failer of Warner Norcross + Judd LLP has been appointed chair of the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce OutPro Council.
OutPro is a professional group within the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce that promotes a welcoming culture in the West Michigan community for LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies. OutPro offers opportunities for education and networking with an emphasis on policy impact and assisting businesses in creating a more inclusive and welcoming work environment for LGBTQIA+ individuals.
Failer oversees the firm’s community sponsorships, contributions and volunteer opportunities as well as serving on the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. She is a graduate of the Institute for Corporate Social Responsibility and a past recipient of the Heart of West Michigan United Way Advocate of the Year.
