For the eighth consecutive year, Warner Norcross + Judd LLP has been recognized as a&nbsp;Crain’s Detroit&nbsp;Business&nbsp;“Cool Places to Work.”

Companies seeking consideration were administered two surveys. The first one asked company leadership about policies, practices and demographics. The second survey went to employees, and the data from that was analyzed by the Best Companies Group to determine the “Cool Places to Work” recognition.

Employers benefit from the summarized feedback from the survey completed by employees, which allows them to see areas where they are excelling, as well as areas for improvement. Additionally, winners receive benchmarking materials to see how they stack up against other companies.
