Jaqua Realtors and its friends at UHY Advisors, Inc. and Warner Norcross + Judd LLP presented a breakfast seminar titled “Transitioning Your Business … Selling Your Business … Succession Planning …” for businesses owners considering next steps.
Warner Executive Partner Joscelyn Boucher, UHY Managing Director Debra Pellerito and Jaqua Business Consultant Kurt Elliott took the stage to help inform business owners who are thinking about retirement succession planning, selling their company or simply determining the value of their business. The conversation offered tips on exit strategy planning, business valuation, tax ramifications and the legal implications of each.
