The Transatlantic Tax & Wealth Planning Forum returned to London for its fifth annual gathering, bringing together leading tax, private client and wealth-planning professionals from the U.S., U.K. and around the globe. The forum provides a timely look at the evolving cross-border tax and wealth-planning landscape, with industry leaders offering perspectives on issues affecting internationally connected individuals, families and their advisors.

Warner partner Richard A. Roane will join the panel “Discussing Family and Divorce Law for Transatlantic Clients” to discuss similarities and differences in the U.S. and U.K. treatment of marital property and trusts. The panel will also offer insight into wealth protection and transatlantic nuptial agreements as well as common tax problems associated with splitting an estate.

The Sept. 15 event is hosted at the historic Carpenters’ Hall in the heart of London. For more information, please click here.
