The Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan will present “Real Estate Never Sleeps – Dissecting Issues That Keep You Up at Night,” a four-day conference at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa featuring robust discussion on a range of real estate topics.
Warner Norcross + Judd LLP partner Johnny Pinjuv will host a roundtable discussion “Carbon Sequestration – What is it and how does it affect real estate transactions?” Pinjuv will give an overview of carbon sequestration, how it works and why many experts believe the process shows tremendous promise for reducing the human carbon footprint. He’ll then discuss associated legal issues and how they may impact real estate transactions.
