We’re announcing a pause on new Law Shanty videos for the next few months — or potentially longer — depending on the circumstances. As many of you have come to appreciate, Steve has always led with authenticity and transparency. In that spirit, he has shared that he will be undergoing treatment for leukemia and will be stepping away to focus on his health.
During Steve’s time away, his out-of-office reply will direct you to Allyson Terpsma, DeAndre’ Harris and Anne Steen, who will be covering his matters in his absence. In addition, the entire Labor and Employment Practice Group will be available to provide support wherever needed.
Steve is deeply grateful for the incredible support you’ve shown to the Law Shanty over the years and feels honored to have worked alongside so many of you. While the Law Shanty will be quiet for a bit, rest assured — it’s not going anywhere, and neither is Steve. This is simply a pause, not a goodbye. You’ll be hearing from him again on the latest labor and employment issues when the time is right. Until then, we thank you for your continued support and look forward to reconnecting down the road.
