Warner Norcross + Judd LLP partners Michael Brady, Charles Ash and Pamela Enslen presented a webinar to the Michigan Colleges Alliance titled "COVID-19 Litigation Threats in Higher Education" on June 9, 2020. The presentation covered a variety of topics to prepare colleges and universities for litigation arising from the COVID-19 pandemic. From tuition and room and board to class action law suits, the partners provided guidance on these topics to protect and prepare for the increase in COVID-19-related suits.
