Discussions at these OESA SEC meetings cover a broad range of business development and sales topics. Sales leaders from OE suppliers have the opportunity to query OEM representatives receive sales training and tips, network with industry peers and discuss the latest sales strategies. This council is one of the largest OESA councils and is known for its candid roundtable discussions.

Warner attorneys Michael Brady and Adam Ratliff presented “Navigating the Ongoing Supply Chain Challenges” at the September 8 meeting. In this session, Michael and Adam highlighted best practices and strategies for dealing with the multitude of supply chain challenges, including ongoing supply disruptions, strategies for re-pricing or exiting bad programs, responding to changing release schedules, aggressive cost recovery actions and contract strategies going forward.
