New Kindle E-Book: "Social Media and School Discipline"

Just in time for Back to School season, I'm offering Social Media & School Discipline, my first e-book on the Kindle platform.

It's a brief but comprehensive survey of the case law involving discipline of students and faculty over social media content, in public and private K-12 schools and universities. The book contains plenty of never-before-published analysis on recent cases, as well as content adapted from Wassom on Social Media, my online treatise on the law of social media.

My hope  is that this resource will provide a handy and enlightening point of reference for students and educators alike, as they attempt to define the still-murky boundaries between free speech and punishable conduct in the brave new world of social media.  If you're so inclined, please feel free to add a review of the book on Amazon.
